Responsibilities :
- HR Automation : Work with stakeholders to implement important HR processes and drive automation of HR processes for providing a better employee experience.
- Build Operational Excellence: Provide consultative support and subject matter expertise on HR processes - Improve performance through optimising processes.
- Manage HR Ops team.
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
- Dynamically perform a key role in payroll and performance evaluation systems.
- Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures are following the requirements.
