Job Description
- Effectively implements training strategy (Behavioral and Leadership) with primary focus on leadership development, customer service and consultative sales.
- Designs any required additional short-term training strategies or updates to current long-term strategy.
- Analyzes trends in leadership development.
- Continues to develop and lead best practices to improve training effectiveness within the organization.
- Responsible for all Learning and Development needs assessments.
- Supports the HR team for intake on programs, launches and communicates these programs.
- Manages the “Master” training calendar weekly
- Measures/assesses training program effectiveness.
- Evaluates progress, results, and makes program corrections where appropriate.
- Implements a comprehensive talent management strategy; integrates leadership training, 360 leadership assessments, “nine-box” talent assessments, individual development plans (IDP’s), coaching, workforce planning, high potential identification, succession planning and recruitment into a broad talent and leadership management strategy.
- Managers, coaches, and develops Learning & Development Coordinator(s).
- Works to develop and implement a comprehensive team member engagement strategy; designs, launches and communicates engagement surveys; and analyzes strengths and opportunities
- Work closely with business to identify the people development issues and opportunities
- Engage with internal and external to conceptualize and build training solutions
- Designed and delivered the following training sessions as the lead trainer for almost 1000 employees
- Responsible for Developing L&D content
