ABC Consultants has been retained to hire a Lead HR Generalist role, for a client in Mumbai.
A few pre-requisites are mentioned below:
- Forecast hiring needs based upon business growth plans with Founder and Co Found
- Talent Acquisition across all levels & functions
- HR Policies
- PMS
- Payroll
- Statutory compliances and other HR formal process and procedures like Employee welfare and disputes
- Assertive and Execution expert.
- Ability to work in startup mode
- Manage our external partnerships with Consultants, colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
- Prepare and review annual recruitment budget
- Ability to negotiate and close faster recruitment based on TAT
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities
- Reports to Directors & CEO
You would need to have:
- A degree with outstanding academic results, and with at least 15 years of experience.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is a must
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- An inspiring leader who knows how to convince others
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Self-driven,
- Achiever mentality: You can show a track record of extraordinary accomplishments and previous entrepreneurial activities.
