Job Overview
Oversee HR business partnership in all non-commercial units within India region thru co-creation and implementation of a talent management strategy that matches the business needs over current and future (LRP) perspectives.
Key Result Areas
1. Partner with both local and global business leads and global, functional HR leads to help delivery of people strategy. An important element of this KRA would be an in-depth understanding of business strategy (both local and global) and its implications for people strategy and implementation.
2. Understanding current and future talent need, identification of gaps (if any) and plans to bridge the same.
3. Driving the creation of capability and capacity for the organization such that business priorities are met. Will encompass partnering with Talent Management team for career & succession planning, utilization of accelerated programs, critical skill / talent planning and prospect matching (right individuals in roles).
4. Ensuring efficacy and efficiency in people processes to cover performance management, development and reporting (MIS)
5. Administering, control and continuous improvement in operational effectiveness for the employee life cycle across the non-commercial organizations.
- Percentage of travel - 25 % - mostly in India
- Hours per week - 50
- Cross-functional working - with all internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Team members - 1 FTE each for IT, SSC and Technology. 2 contractors. Matrix reporting from corporate services and security FTEs and vendor management team.
Location - Bangalore
Education - Masters in Human Resources or equivalent
