Having a role for Lead HRBP and Sales TA for a reputed manufacturing MNC for Bangalore corporate office.
PURPOSE
Lead implementation of HR services, policies, and programs in a specific functional team with the objective of building a high-performance culture that can attract, motivate, retain, and develop the right talent within the function in alignment with the overall organisation HR strategy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead development of HR strategy, budget and working plans for specific functions in alignment with overall HR strategy and the function's goals and priorities
- Cascade the HR strategy pertaining to talent acquisition, rewards, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, etc. to the team and drive for achievement of plans
- Highlight human resource related gaps in processes to the higher management and suggest action to resolve them
- Improve and monitor employee productivity
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., consultants/vendors) for the purpose of implementing and maintaining HR services and programs
- Provide guidance and input on function specific structures & workforce planning
- Aid in the management of the entire talent acquisition process as per the approved staffing strategy and budgets for the function
- Oversee the varied types of employee engagement initiatives conducted across the function to keep a motivated workforce and facilitate higher business results
- Ensure smooth and transparent performance appraisal process with adherence to timelines to ensure a performance driven culture
- Facilitate and assist in succession planning for all critical roles to ensure attrition is managed effectively
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
