Lead HRBP (Remote) - Startup
We are seeking a Lead HRBP (Tech) (Remote) to join a dynamic team with a leading Startup organization.
Overview of Role:
We are assembling a rockstar team of people with varied skill sets and are looking for a high-performing people professional to own and drive all aspects of the employee life cycle post recruitment. In this role, you will own critical charters relating to talent management, engagement and org efficiency. This is a high visibility and high impact opportunity to define the culture of a fast growing remote organization.
Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management and Compensation and benefits.
- Develop and execute performance evaluation processes to identify high-potential employees, create Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and establish succession strategies for key positions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to refine and optimize organizational structures.
- Act as a primary consultant on employee engagement, initiating and leading programs to enhance workforce satisfaction and productivity.
- Supervise HR operational activities.
Key Requirements :
- Min.2 years of experience in HR or related field post-MBA.
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
