- Work with senior business stakeholders and HR leadership to strategize and implement the HR agenda
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders
- Work on important projects with key leadership and drive HR agenda
Ideal candidate :
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in HRBP functions with offline setups
- Education : MBA from Tier 1/2 B-Schools (XLRI, TISS) preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
