Our client is a large MNC in the Consumer Retail space. They have a global footprint and are growing aggressively in the India market. They are currently looking to recruit their Lead Sales HRBP who will lead a pan India role and be responsible for ~4000 employees.

Reporting into the Head HR for India, your responsibilities will include:

- End to end ownership of the business. You will be responsible to liaise with the leadership to outline, design and deliver HR strategies

- This role will involve 50% travel (10-12 days a month) at a pan India level

- Be a - business partner- and key member of the leadership team to align the HR strategy to the business goals

- Focus on development of sales professionals across levels and work closely with the management team to ensure that the human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives within the set HR budgets

- Understand, design and communicate sales incentive plans

- Creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives

- Work closely with the business to initiate, influence and drive processes

- Close interaction and providing active support to HR Head, business heads on strategizing around compensation planning, performance management, L&D, rewards and recognitions etc. to ensure consistent implementation of decisions and successful delivery of the processes.

The Successful Applicant :

You will come with 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP for the Sales & Marketing vertical. We are specifically looking for candidates from Retail/FMCG/ITes sectors with exposure to managing at least 2000+ sales employees. You will be someone who is willing to travel 10-12 days each month.
