As a HRBP Lead you will be managing team of 4-5 members and responsible for complete lifecycle of an employee from on boarding till exit LOCATION: Gurgaon YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER: A rapidly growing organization that boasts about its best customer experience and its one of the largest used car buying platform with their network across 12 major cities in India. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 1. Employee Life Cycle Management - On boarding, performance reviews, confirmation of all new entrants into the organization. - Medical, payroll &amp; PF, policies, documentations, Transfers, exits and other related queries for all existing employees. 2. Manpower Planning &amp; Recruitment - Drafting the manpower plan with inputs from the business, submission and approval of the same. - End to end hiring for frontline positions as per attrition and manpower plan. - Ensure Campus recruitments for the Summer Internship, Management Trainee and Sales Officer Trainee Programs. - Ensuring and Tracking New employee assimilation through structured induction programs based on clear learning checklists and coordinating with the designated mentors. 3. Performance Management &amp; Rewards - Supporting the annual appraisal process from goal finalization to the bell curve normalization process. - Owner of the Performance Improvement Plan Process for low performers with a view to help them up their game. - Deploying the various periodic performance rewards for the field force. 4. Capability Development - Supporting frontline capability development process through online and offline tools. 5. Employee Engagement and People Culture - Conducting in-house engagement surveys. - Rolling out regional and national level engagement initiatives. 6. HRIS and Compliances - Maintaining all periodic people related MIS, payroll inputs, exit reports. Submission of the Monthly Operating Report. Undertaking data analysis projects to search and implement solutions on issues like attrition and hiring quality. - Oversight on the Shops &amp; Establishments Act and other Labor Compliances. - Custodian of HR Budget for hiring and engagement expenses. A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT: - You have 6 years+ of relevant experience in HRBP function. Demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environments. - You have ability to create high quality HR processes &amp; SOPs and lead the team to adhere to those standards. - You have managed across level hiring, and volume hiring in expected timelines. - You have proven track record of leading the BPHR agenda in independent capacity. - You have excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - You have experience in Insurance/E-Commerce/ FMCG/ Retail preferred. - You have ability to work in a high growth environment - You have analytical problem solving skills, you are a self starter and have learning agility WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? - A Meritocratic culture with clear career progression and great visibility with ample opportunities to grow and learn. - Working in high performance teams and driving business initiatives.
