The incumbent for the current role (QSR/restaurant experience mandatory) will be expected to:
- Oversee end-to-end HR employee lifecycle
- Work with the founders to drive their people's agenda on the ground
- Enable the field team by providing a sufficient workforce, both for functional stores as well as upcoming stores
- Guide the Compensation Team to design upto date incentive plans for corporate and on-ground staff
- Conduct learning needs analysis and feed it to the L&D team
- Spearhead all compliance requirements
- Oversee exit formalities
- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Working closely with the senior management is constantly improving processes, developing and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, and activities
- Prepare, generate and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to personnel information and data, including but not limited to issues such as staffing levels, turnover, absenteeism, compensation, promotions, etc.
- Maintain and expand knowledge and understanding of existing laws/regulations affecting Human
- Participate, as appropriate, in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations problems, anticipate problems whenever possible, and develop, recommend and initiate appropriate steps for resolution
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
