We are looking for Lead - HRBP for one of the Pharma company based in Bangalore.

Education: MBA from Good B-Schools

Experience : 8-12 Years

Job Description :

- Looking after the End to End HR for the business function of 800+ employees. The role reports to the Head - HRBP. Experience of having worked in Manufacturing/FMCG/FMCD is an added advantage.

- Responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies / Processes.

- Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Business Heads. Drive HR Business partnering agenda for the company.

- HR Strategy & Policies Implementation

- Employee Engagement

- Team Management

- Sr. Stakeholder Management

- Compliance & Audit
