We have an opening for Lead HRBP with a Payments Bank.
Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into workable HR strategies while guaranteeing alignment with the overarching goals of the company.
- Examine trends and data in conjunction with the HR division.
- Handle grievances and resolve complicated employee relations issues.
- Closely collaborate with employees and top management to enhance working relationships, boost morale, and boost productivity and retention.
- Offer advice on HR policy.
- Keep track of personnel and succession planning and report on it.
- Tight coordination with upper management.
- Make fresh HR recommendations
- Practical experience in risk and compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all HR duties and recommended procedures.
- Finding ways to cut costs, streamlining procedures, and putting money-saving fixes into practice.
- Prior manpower budgeting and planning experience is required.
- In his analytical capacity, the Senior HR Business Partner designs and continuously implements HR policies and processes while also conducting research.
