Hiring for Lead - HRBP for a Med-Tech Startup Company based in Mumbai.
Looking for someone who has 6+ years of experience in HRBP role and has experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Stakeholder Management, Employment Engagement.
Must have : Startup Background ( Preferably Healthcare ) and should be able to join immediately.
- Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures Inc. Tools & implementing them with consistency.
- Talent Development & Deployment Facilitate in identifying, nurturing & deploying talent effectively.
- Partner with Business heads, talent & L&D Teams to build people capability.
- Drive active employee engagement, to be seen as go-to HR implement specific engagement initiatives targeted 1-1 discussions, pulse sessions, VoE initiatives etc. that help achieve a highly engaged employee population across the varied business.
As a successful candidate :
- 7 to 10 years of experience in hands-on HR & Should be comfortable with multiple stakeholder management
- Experience in working with Startups in a Must-Have
- Good Stakeholder Management & proactive
- Exposure to managing Talent management strategy and should have hands-on experience in capability development interventions.
