- Partner with Business heads to understand recruiting needs
- Evaluate candidates based on their performance in selection processes
- Co-ordinate with Corporate TA team for closing managerial assignments

- Responsible for devising a strong ER policy for transparent ER

- Ensure Labour law compliance and closure of long pending legal cases
Desired Candidate:
MBA - HR from Tier-1 institutes with 10+ years of experience in handling strategic business partner activities.
