Role Title HR - Business Partner - Manufacturing Role Purpose : - This role provides the HR partnership to manufacturing team across manufacturing unit in Haridwar - Reports to the Head Manufacturing and General Manager-HR. - This role will have a team of admin and local liasioning team members in the manufacturing locations reporting into it - Provide HR Business partnership to deliver and program manage HR services around staffing, assimilation, performance management, development, engagement functions. - Lead Initiatives and be responsible for implementing their people agenda to meet business goals - Ensure all labor law compliances - Ensure Admin activities as per plan - Lead local liaison team members - None of the manufacturing units are unionized - Partner with leadership across all levels to provide operational support, coaching and leadership developmental activities in managing the business operations - Translate business objectives to people plans and drive people programs associated with these plans.
