Role : Lead - HR Business Partner - Life Sciences Solutions Group

Responsibilities :

- Lead Human Resources Business Partner contributes to the performance of multiple lines of business. This role is the key advisor and partner, in this capacity, provides consultative guidance on how to effectively motivate, develop and retain talent and foster a best in class culture of creativity and innovation. Is also the primary champion of people-initiatives within the respective business units.

- Responsible for driving talent development through proactive consulting with executive leaders that enables innovative talent solutions through enterprise advocacy. The HRD partners with leadership within assigned business units to drive results by strengthening people and organizational capabilities through the entire HR lifecycle and execution of HR programs.

Requirement :

- 12+ years of experience as a strategic human resources business partner. Candidate will have breadth and depth of knowledge in Human Resources and business with multiple areas of focus. Demonstrated track record of coaching, building partnerships and managing and resolving challenges.

- Understands and speaks the language of the business, cross-functionally competent, delivers constructive advice, diagnoses and resolve problems and capable of influencing top decision makers.

- Strong ability to lead and motivate; an open communication style, collaborative approach, natural team player.

- Proven knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, leadership development, talent management, compensation succession planning, training and organizational development.

- The successful candidate must have both strong strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution.

- Strong personal presence and self-confidence, capable of working effectively with the executive team as well as with all levels.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Organizational Development or related field of study.

- MBA or Master's Degree in related field of study preferred.
