JD - HR BP (Senior)

The role will be supporting the HR Head in carrying out the HR functions as well as in implementing strategies and framework for the particular business units.

Expectations of the job:

- Interactions and networking : One to one with employees to understand the trend and advise the HRBP Lead accordingly

- Orientation/On-boarding : Addressing the joiners/ ensuring the assignment of buddies

- Rewards and recognition : Ensuring the process flow is followed/ coordinating the Awards function/ keeping track of the cost

- Facilitate performance review : Managing FAQ's/ Reports/ Adhering to timelines

- Facilitate Retention : Keeping track of the trend/ Providing early warning

- Summarising the Performance Improvement Plans/facilitate discussions

- Exit Management : Exit interviews and summaries/ building repots on exit analysis

- Counselling : One to ones with employees with problems/issues

- Reports and statistics

- HR SPOC for team members

- Team events : Coordinating and managing the team events/managing the event calendar

- Understanding the people pulse on policies/ satisfaction levels in all areas

Areas of expertise:

- Good knowledge of industry HR practices

- Experience in general HR functions - PMS, R&R, Employee lifecycle

- Understanding and knowing the business needs

Soft Skills:

- Good communication skills

- Influencing skills

- Planning and organising skills

- High level of maturity

- Good analytical skills

Qualification:

- MBA in HR

- 8-12 years experience in the functional HR area.
