Lead - HR Business Partner - Hyperlocal/Internet/Online (4-9 yrs)

HRBP Lead - Hyperlocal (Corp & ops)


1. HRBP for Operations (locations)

- Support business operations and location HRBPs report into this role holder. As of now, this role will report to Head HR.

- The JD of reportees of this role holder is attached. Hence, the role holder would be accountable to deliver on these aspects at an aggregate level in addition to adding value at his level.

- Would need to monitor and ensure delivery in areas of Productivity, Retention, Engagement & Talent Management at his level, while regularly publishing metrics on deliverables.

- Regular travel would be part of this role, as well as visiting hubs, warehouses during night times and extended working hours.

An ideal candidate would be:

- Someone with experience in Supply Chain, good grounding in employee relations, statutory compliances and exposure to operations in all Metros in India.

- Articulate, centered and have a high level of presence (in the moment and calm), an ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence while exercising minimal authority of the role.

- Having experience in managing the performance of his team members in person and remotely.

- Passionate about a positive business impact.

- Clear conceptually and link business needs to interventions.

- Is data savvy (R/Python not mandatory, but exposure to SPSS and statistical functions would be a big plus)

2. HRBP for Corporate office

- Will support all Corporate teams and work as an individual contributor. As of now, this role will report to Head HR.

- The attached JD would be applied to the Corporate office. In addition, the person might be required to configure and play a role in HRMS implementation.

- Would need to monitor and ensure delivery in areas of Productivity, Retention, Engagement & Talent Management at his level, while regularly publishing metrics on deliverables.

An ideal candidate would be:

- Someone with exposure to corporate HR functions (roles, banding, performance management, engagement, career design, welfare)

- Articulate, centered and having a high level of presence (in the moment and calm), an ability to work with senior stakeholders as well as peers & team members across teams, and influence while exercising minimal authority of the role.

- Passionate about creating works of HR that have taken into account in depth understanding of stakeholder needs and the breadth of impact.
