Lead - HR Business Partner - Healthcare (12-15 yrs)

The role is accountable for the HR partnership to the GCC Head of India & Poland on this journey to shape strategy, bringing people, organization and culture expertise to the short- & long-term plans. This will include ensuring that we leverage consolidated capabilities, create a compelling place to work that is attractive and develop talent and that the organization delivers on the financial and effectiveness goals. They will take direct accountability for HR leadership for the GCC and will work across the business and functional matrix to shape and execute plans to bring multiple functions into a functional shared services model. They are responsible for integrating the people and organization plans each function has developed and enable the scaling of the GCC to industry benchmarks.


Key Responsibilities:


Reporting to the HR Business Lead & GCC Head for India & Poland, this position is accountable for

the following:


- Partner to deliver business strategy through an understanding of the global business services, drivers, concerns & requirements, to shape the transformation journey


- Deliver the HR Strategy based on the business services roadmap for the GCC which will play a critical role in meeting business needs, while establishing the GCC as a great place to work with industry-leading talent that delivers global enterprise goals


- Succession Planning and Talent Management & Capability Building


- Understanding talent/diversity needs of the business. Work with leadership teams to develop stronger and more diverse succession plans and help coach leaders to better development planning with employees


- Strategic Workforce planning ensure proactive and future-oriented planning on size, structure and capabilities of the organization. Highlight future capability gaps and facilitate solutions, utilizing HR expertise


- Apply strategic reward as well as EVP solutions to attract and retain critical talent


Leadership Development


- Provide ongoing coaching on leadership style to senior leaders


- Enable business leaders to set up and lead high performing teams across existing & new capabilities


- Ensure senior leaders are equipped & able to deliver on their people management

responsibilities


Cultural Development:


- Develop specific DEI plans for the GCC that help drive our business/cultural strategy and establish an inclusive organization by design


- Develop a people & culture agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of the business goals and drives high employee engagement

- Organizational Design and Development


- Manage structural changes with business leaders and employees, ensuring no/limited ER issues. Drive change management initiatives across functions and countries within the area to support business strategy


- Work with leaders to identify/drive improvements in organizational efficiency & effectiveness, and challenge conventional business thinking


- Enable leaders in defining and executing people plans and driving a transformational people agenda, with deep understanding of the India market, enabling access to talent


- Understanding the Comp & Ben needs of the business as we build new teams & capabilities to establish competitive benchmarks


Why you?


Basic Qualifications:


- MBA Specialization in HR


- 12 -15 years of HR experience in a comparably complex organization with extensive business partnering experience


- Preferable experience with working with large corporate teams in Global Functions like Digital & Tech & collaborating with global leaders


- Experience in building aligning and executing a sustainable HR agenda


- HR functional experience, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & OD
