HR Business Partner - Financial Services

- One of India's fast growing Financial Services Company is looking to hire high potential HRBP to anchor Engagement, Performance, Succession Planning and Learning amidst other business HR priorities.

- Ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- The HRBP shall work and partner with the corporate team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.

- This role includes, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

- Responsible for the end to end employee life cycle management.

- You will be expected to manage stakeholders, create and implement customized HR solutions relevant for the teams to deliver business requirements.

- Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement.

- Proactively identify and address critical employee concerns for these teams and drive them to closure in alignment with HR policies and stakeholder's recommendations
