HRBP Lead - (Unicorn Ed Tech Company)
Note : HR experience from Product based startup is must.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by creating and implementing various human resources programs around talent management, employee recruitment, retention, C&B, performance management, employee relations, training and HR best practices.
- Incumbent will be managing a team of 2 to 3 people. He/She will report to VP-HR
Note : work experience should not be more than 10 Years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business leaders and bring the HR subject matter expertise & align HR best practices to business needs and employee expectations.
- Translating the HR strategy and objectives into goals, plans and tactics that are aligned with business imperatives, while assuring compatibility with company's values, ethics and policies
-Innovative group connects with 5-15 people such as HR kiosks, skip levels and the like .
- Providing analysis and recommendations in areas such as talent management, organizational assessment, performance and career management
- Talking to employees whose performance has reduced to understand reasons and provide help .
- Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Create talent management strategies and develop strategic relationship with business to drive org goals
- Directly acting on employees concerns in cases the concerns are not related to manager behaviours.
- Build and Implement new HR strategies to create a high performance and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Providing strategic direction to the management.
