- The incumbent will work closely with the co-founder and will lead the entire spectrum of HR business partnering based for one of their leading B2B business verticals:
- Work as the HR business partner lead for the B2B business
- Drive the founder's vision people agenda by deploying relevant policies and procedures
- Serve as the SPOC, working closely with the CHRO to design and deploy all rewards, employee engagement, talent branding, and talent attraction-related programs
- Devise the talent management and performance management strategy of the business unit
