- Looking for someone with end-to-end employee life cycle management background.
- The current regional HRBPs would be reporting to this resource.
- Span of control would be PAN India at the moment, with scope of expansion to international locations in the future.
- The incumbent should have expertise in people management, talent management, HRBP, employee engagement, grievance management, ensuring POSH sessions are managed, attrition analysis, retention strategy, policy management, etc.
