- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders while also overseeing talent acquisition efforts within the organization.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment.
- Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and other HR functions, such as onboarding, training, and workforce planning.
- Providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Advising on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback.
- Handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Facilitating employee development and training initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Building strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive work culture and employee experience.
- Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding career development opportunities, internal mobility, and talent management initiatives.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and HR management.
