A leading B2B SaaS Ed tech startup is looking for a HRBP Lead (for Technical Workforce) who will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the tech function by driving HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top tech talent.
This is a senior role that will work with the HR Leader and play an instrumental role in supporting the organization's growth.
Key responsibilities will include -
- Be a SPOC for tech team on all HR related issues providing expert guidance.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies and drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching for tech workforce.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and use strategies to resolve them.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience, driving employee engagement, and promoting a high-performance culture.
- Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to provide insights to tech leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
To fit the bill -
- 5+ years of experience on similar roles supporting tech workforce.
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS/Ed tech/fintech startups.
- MBA in HR preferred
- Must have led HRBP/HR related projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
