- Leads development of HRIS business processes and procedures. Build and manage all HRIS upgrades, testing and implementation projects
- Should be able to identify system bugs and upgrade with improvements.
- Recommend changes post analysis of new HR system software releases to assess impact of new features
- Be responsible for reviewing and assessing the quality of HRIS delivery to ensure adherence to processes and SLA's
- Work with functional experts to produce formal configuration requirements documentation
- Work with all COEs and IT teams to ensure all processes align with HR technology solutions and overall corporate infrastructure
- Gather, benchmark and assess key data/ metrics about employment trends, hiring, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, retention, and turnover rates. Identify best practices
- Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports/ dashboards, ad hoc requests
- Drives the operations of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and vendor agreement & negotiations.
- Ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for automation, integration and validation to improve efficiency
