Education : PGDBM/MBA in HR with HR Analytics Certification/Course Preferred
Experience :
5-10 years of Experience as HR Business Partner and HR Analytics. Proven experience in HR Analytics with strong proficiency in data analysis tools
Compensation not to exceed - Rs. 25 lakhs per annum
Responsibility:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and key metrics. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to assist HR and senior leadership.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with HR business partners to understand workforce needs. Provide data driven recommendations for optimizing workforce efficiency and productivity for the businesses.
- Metrics Development: Develop and maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition: Driving recruitment as per approved organogram. On roll to module manpower to meet the set target at all times along with Recruitment TAT.
- Manpower Cost Optimization: Manpower cost deployed and controlled as per the agreed AOP for the year. Recommend Manpower cost optimization opportunities to business
- Performance Management: Ensure monthly performance review is conducted for frontline teams in all businesses as well as bottom boxing is done periodically. The action points as well as feedback on development areas to be shared with underperformers.
- Talent Engagement and Retention: Identify touchpoints to increase employee engagement as well as recognition initiates through effective Connect. Deep dive into talent landscape and make necessary recommendations.
- Talent Management/ Learning & Development: Leadership Development - Identify high-pots for leadership benching. Work with cross functional team and maintain a healthy pool of talent and create succession for critical roles. Be a Coach to leadership team on their roles and people concerns, enable resolution and resolve conflicts
