Lead/Head - Sourcing - Apparel/Footwear

Core - In-Depth knowledge of Apparel/Footwear production and insight into raw material procurement.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Drive and own the success and growth of the factories in the category.

2. Responsible for target setting, planning and execution for Factory onboarding.

3. Product sourcing, pricing with relevancy of attributes, Quality and Demand fulfilment.

4. Monitoring product lifecycle of every product in the category to support manufacturers to plan production in advance.

5. Core KPI shall be maintaining the Sampling flow of Factories.

6. Will lead target setting, planning, execution and allocation of resources in sourcing of the category.

7. Responsible for opening up sourcing from different clusters and sub-categories.

8. Responsible for scaling up the team and setting up processes to scale up the division as whole
