LEAD/Head Finance

Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Lead/Head for Andheri location

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and accomplished individual to lead our finance and strategy function within our dynamic and rapidly growing organization. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory and ensuring financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As a core member of the leadership team, you will focus on three main areas:

- Partnering with the CEO to drive growth and profitability.

- Establishing and maintaining world-class financial reporting, controls, and governance systems.

- Owning stakeholder communication, including Board meetings, investor updates, and leading capital raising initiatives as required.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of quarterly and yearly operating plans and resource allocation.

- Drive growth opportunities in channels, pricing, products, and other areas in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

- Improve process efficiencies to enhance margins while maintaining product and service quality.

- Establish and lead a team responsible for financial, operational, and statutory reporting, including automation of reporting processes.

- Define and monitor operating and financial metrics, setting and tracking KPIs on a regular basis.

- Maintain the company's financial model for internal stakeholders, the Board, and investors.

- Oversee annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes from a financial perspective.

- Lead capital markets activities, including equity fundraising and debt financing, while liaising with external stakeholders.

Required Experience:

- CA with at least 9+ years of professional experience.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles.

- Experience in developing complex financial models and reporting packages, preferably in a high-growth environment.

- Proven track record of leading business case analysis and planning processes, with a focus on financial strategy.

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; excellent communication abilities.

- Preferred experience in debt and equity financing processes.
