Lead/Head - Enterprisk Risk Management - ITeS

Job role : Regional Risk Lead - Mumbai

Job role:

- Accountable for Enterprise Risk Management for Western Regional Operations completely.

- Will be responsible for Process Risk Review functions for all the BPS processes (both BAU and transition) at the location.

- He/she should be able to understand any contractual risk, conduct audit on the floor to identify IS/operational/FMEA/other risk. Deliver quality risk reports and suggestions for improvement and closure of risks identified

- Would also be responsible for the BCP/crisis management for the location. Would require to conduct BCP Committee Meetings, help the processes in BCP planning and also in getting the drills done, reporting location BCP metrics and documenting BCP related risks.

- Will need to understand risk frameworks such as COSO/COBIT/others to support the Enterprise Risk Management for projects/location risks

- Responsible for answering RFP questions on BCP and Risk Management and also present to clients on the Company's BCP / risk Management framework

- To train in risk and BCP as required

- Required to have overall knowledge on Risk management from the across auditing to reporting to communicating and closure

Candidate Expectations:

- Have exposure in risk based audits for one or more of BPS domains - eg F&A/SCMERU/Manufacturing/HRO etc.

- Must be able to identify potential risk in the process like contractual/Operational/ITGC/FMEA/BCP etc

- Must be able to conceptualize business problem and develop analytic solution. Define technique and methodology for the solution.

- Should have refined communication & presentation skills.

- Ability to document and present analysis results in a clear, compelling style.

- Must be able to build a very good interpersonal relationship with all groups( peer/superiors)

- Should be very passionate

Qualifications:

- Any PG/Graduation with experience in Risk /BCP work. Added qualifications like CISA/CISSP/Other audit certifications. Preferably a Chartered Accountant.

- Candidates and leaders from BIG 4's will be of most preferred category.
