Lead/Head - Data Scientist - IT

Position : Lead Data Scientist/ Head of Data Scientist

Location : Bangalore

Education : B.Tech from Premier Colleges / Ph.D(Any full time Graduation)

CLIENT MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :

- Lead a team of experienced data scientists.

- Recruit the best data scientists for his team.

- Work with product managers, tech leads and business owners to convert business requirements into sustainable and efficient tech features.

- Up to date with recent inventions in community and inducing learning environment in the team.

- Communicate Organizational goals and business needs to help set the right expectation.

- Plan tech roadmaps and assign responsibilities to team members.

- Work on any machine learning related personalized search and recommendation projects is add on.

Requirements :

- Technically hands-on, prior experience in developing scalable AI/ML architectures.

- Bring 2-10 years of software engineering and product experience, with strong background in algorithms and data structures.

- Led a team of experienced people. Worked on startup like cultures with ownership and

commitment.

- Sound knowledge of creating models with Tensorflow, Numpy and related libraries.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Experience of working in product companies.

- Experience with Python, Django, Java, Maven, web services, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Spark, REST, Git, CI and graph databases.

- Experience with developing high performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic.

- Exceptional in core computer science knowledge and skills and can adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly.

- Ability to plan & prioritize work and deliver timely reports.
