GTM Marketing Lead

- A fast-growing B2B SaaS based startup is looking for a GTM Marketing Lead to drive their initiatives for India, US, South-East Asia, Middle East, Asia Pacific and for new geographies.

- As a GTM Lead you will be responsible for understanding the complexities of market and developing strategies and campaigns to generate demand.

- This role needs a marketing professional with a strong expertise in generating demand and driving ARR growth in target geographies.

- As a GTM Marketing Leader you would be take complete ownership of demand generation, top funnel creation, and marketing budgets.

Key responsibilities will include :

- Conceptualize, develop and implement strategies and campaigns to generate demand in target growth markets.

- Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets.

- Lead Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.

- Work with cross functional teams to provide thought leadership for top funnel generation.

-Provide insights to product and content marketing management asset development.

- Lead creation of strong Social presence through brand, paid and influencer marketing.

- Work closely with the sales leaders to align sales and marketing strategies in different geographies.

- Put together the right marketing alliances and partnerships which amplify the brand, aid demand generation.

To fit the bill, you must have :

- Strong expertise of working in GTM marketing/demand generation roles with B2B SaaS companies.

- Engineer and MBA from Tier 1 /2 business school with 8-12 Years of exp.

- Exposure to working in global markets

- High energy Team player, hustler and hungry for learning / growth.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Please note prior B2B SaaS marketing experience is a MUST HAVE.
