- Lead strategy formulation for growth through Performance Marketing, which includes Management of Performance campaigns over Biddable Platforms and Networks

- Lead strategy formulation for growth through Affiliates, which includes putting together deals with Affiliates and monitoring performance

- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast models and take necessary cost approvals

- Be responsible for delivery of sales targets

- Track spends with agency and be responsible for timely agency payouts

- Be responsible for developing the creative strategy and manage delivery of creatives within budget and timelines set
