Responsibilities :
- To lead the entire acquisition channel: Online, Affiliate and Alternate Acquisition channel
- Will be responsible for building the acquisition strategy and executing it to rapidly scale the dealer penetration in Bangalore and scale it to other cities
- Drive and manage all paid B2B, B2C and channel partnership campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance.
- Ensure successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to successfully meet the predefined KPIs
- Optimise campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition with an implement, test, and measure mindset.
- Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group.
- Use different mediums such as Digital marketing, Growth hacks, Advertising, Referrals for growth of the organisation
- Acquisition and Retention through focused programs across all digital channels and offline initiatives
- Expertise in decoding user behavior and defining journeys based on that to upscale digital penetration of the business
- Designing Marketing Campaigns and communication for improved sales funnel/conversion
- Monitoring user funnel and product enhancements and owning competitor assessments are child's play for our Growth Lead.
- You'll be in a role that everyone aspires to, for its digital value, and you'll have the leverage of all the cutting-edge solutions provided by our Digital Marketing team.
- Brainstorming new ways of segmenting potential customers and means of communication, leading into quick-test pilots (what works/what doesn't) for increased relevant user traffic.
Must-Have Skills :
- 2 to 4 years Experience in online growth marketing
- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to hustle
Salary offered: 15-35LPA
