DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES):
1. Connecting & networking with different Defense units/government Entities across India. (Paramilitary,army, navy , air force,CPWD, PWD,railways, metros, high speed rails, and any government agencies.)
2. Connect with defense entities and decision makers across north, east, southern command and generate business through appropriate specifications.
3. Participate and win tenders related to defense
4. To conduct organization mapping (Hierarchies and authorities) of various defense entities
5. Preparing required documentation like specification, technical drawings & commercial offers
6. To provide Samples and demonstrations to officials
7. To manage tendering process through identifying correct specifications and bid timely
8. To timely collect recovery of receivables
9. To develop team competencies in terms of Sales, Negotiations, Lead generation etc.
