GTM - Lead
- Build an advantaged GTM (Go-To-Market) system by leveraging emerging trends in the General Trade (Traditional Trade) environment through a highly committed set of business partners & capable team.
- Plan and implement GTM AOP and LRP priorities across Rural and Urban Markets.
- Keep an eye on the best-in-class industry practices and get a consistent outside in view. You need to question status quo and build industry leading practices.
- Build your own personal network with tech, GTM vendors/partners and peers in the industry to ensure that we are abreast of the developments outside and stay ahead of times.
- Build adequate and quality relationships among all key partners ; Urban Distributors & Rural Super Stockists though relevant channel engagement programs.
- Lead the deployment of specific GTM interventions with respect to Channels ; Chemist, Cosmetic, Grocer, etc.
- Support Regional teams in driving the targeted GTM objectives in the regions.
- While Sales IT and IT are separate functions but the expectations from a GTM lead is use technology as the bedrock
- MBA from a premier B school (Preferably 2011-2014 batch)
- Experience in Line Sales-Zonal Sales Head/GTM/Sales Development.
