Competencies/ Skills Required :

- 18-20 years of Overall experience at least 4 to 5 years of a HR Leadership role handling Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management and Learning and Organization Development.

- Experience from an International BPO is a must. Experience working in a start up environment is preferred.

- Experience in managing HR for large employee span and working experience with International Clients

- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions

- Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels in the organization

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes

- Demonstrate ability to drive and implement innovative cultural and structural change and global solutions

Brief Job Description :

- Develop and manage annual budgets for all the activities of HR including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Engagement, L&D and ensure periodic cost and productivity analysis

- Manage effectively the entire Employee Life cycle and ensure all the HR processes are driven seamless

- Drive Recruitment team to ensure that all requisitions(New and Backfills) are completed within specified timelines.

- To Ensure all mandatory due diligence of recruitment & BGV on time

- Strategize and implement HR policies in line with the industry standards, implement best practices across industry and create/amend the policies as when required

- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence by means of regular HR Audit and Gap-Analysis to ensure compliance at all levels

- Performance Management, Facilitation of dialogue, Feedback, Helping Moderation within the BU

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing performance management system and implement this on half yearly / annual span successfully across all locations

- Design & build engagement calendar to be implemented at all locations and ensure an engaged employee group.

- Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective People strategy and build a healthy work culture

- Build and lead a team of HR professionals and be a HR Business Partner to the leadership team and manage Talent Acquisition, HR Budgets, Employee Engagement Programs, and Leadership Development Plans

- Identify employee needs, plan initiatives in the area of communication, Career Progression, Succession Planning, Rewards and Recognition and other engagement initiatives and seek feedback through Effective Employee surveys, create improvement action plan in order to engage employees and improve retention
