- The role of global mobility specialist is crucial for the success of an international relocation and business tarvel, and covers a wide scope of responsibilities to facilitate seamless mobility support.

- The broad objective of the role is to lead seamless delivery of Mobility program ( including business visit visa) covering all aspects end to end, for the employees of the company and its subsidiaries, across global locations.

- It is responsible for formulation of strategy, policies, processes for global mobility and implementation thereof, in line with the business needs and HR policies from knowledge of industry best practices, including global service providers support mobility functions

- The role is responsible and accountable for the operational aspects of the mobility/business visa programs and adoption of latest technologies to ensure enhanced employee/user experience.

- The role is responsible to ensure 100% compliance to all the statutory and mandatory policies and processes implemented by various governments across the globe in relation to business visits and cross country deployment of employees for work. Role requires a high degree of geopolitical sensitivity as a key contributor for decision making related to global resource deployment. Role is responsible for faciitating cross-functional connections with internal stakeholders, including Travel, Security, Finance, Human Resources, etc.

Key Focus Areas :

1. Design and implementation of policy, processes and tools for end-to-end support for employee mobility support ( including business visit visa) across global locations

2. Facilitation of availability of the right immigration/visa documents for employees under mobility program based on the category of movement

3. Compliance to legal, financial and other internal guidelines and statutory/external compliances as applicable

4. Identify the best suppliers to work with for the different relocation services and coordinate each step of the international move with all the stakeholders involved

5. Enhancing employee experience consistently - through end to end process

6. Optimizing costs of overall costs related to mobility services

7. Communication of important requirements and process updates related to mobility program to all stakeholders

8. Providing management dashboards and insights to enable policy decisions and best strategy for mobility services
