A LEADING RICE COMMODITY IS LOOKING FOR LEAD - GLOBAL ACCOUNTS IN HYDERABAD.  Exp: 10-15 yrs   Location: Hyderabad   Qualification: CA   - Should have worked out of corporate office .  - Must have led large teams globally, managed key global accounts and portfolios at a leadership level  - Would be responsible for Global Accounts which would include finalization of books of accounts of holding and subsidiary companies plus global consolidation and cash flow statements  - Sound knowledge on IFRS and GAAP  - Planning and execution of statutory/tax/transfer pricing/other statutory requirement related audits with local statute at subsidiaries and holding company basis applicability  - Oversee day to day accounting operation, deliverables and execute month, quarter & yearend closing process including placing warranted accounting controls  - Review balance sheet account reconciliations and account analyses specializing in Accounts Receivables, Inventory, Cash and Bank.  - Month on month financial reporting, plus periodic basis quarter wise, half year and year-end closing process basis consolidation of all group companies.  - Planning Internal Audits across business desks with an agreed scope  - Risk reporting and analysis in terms of local statute and at group level  - Sound knowledge of Direct and indirect taxes in various countries or know how towards the same will be preferable  - Ensure full compliance to various statutes related to finance areas and Submission of data to other teams for global profitability reporting.  - Interacting with the team at ops location - understanding their request, provide necessary support, building resiliency & backups within team.  - Payable and Receivable Management Responsible for working closely with the team to ensure a proper management of payable and receivable counter parties.  - Conduct significant financial account data mining/ analysis to support recommendations & necessary action items.   - Drive continuous improvement of operational and system efficiency  - Support operational requirement interface with internal teams, routine information requirements  - Budgetary control and reporting variances upon completion of accounting actuals.  - Formulate creative solutions to enhance cost effectiveness & efficiency,  - Mentorship of the accounts team & Business Process Improvement.  Contact Details : Dipa Rani Live Connections  040 4444 6883
