Short Description :
- The incumbent will be responsible to critically analyze and design solutions around - Hire to Retire value chain to improve Organizational Effectiveness and Employee Experience. He/ she would recommend both incremental and disruptive changes to the HR processes/ systems and ensure a robust solutioning with the IT teams. He/she will design process & system solutions, introduce innovative practices and relevant automation for creating next generation HR practices.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :
- Expertise in HR processes and creating HR solutions as per organizational needs
- Deep passion for innovative and futuristic HR solutions and technologies, latest trends and best practices in the HR space
- Strong research oriented bent of mind and analytical skills
- The ability to present ideas in a clear, concise and compelling fashion to any audience
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
