About the Company: Our Client is a Leading Consulting Company

Role - Leadership

Domain : General Ledger / US GAAP / Accounting

Experience : 10 - 18 yrs (Max)

Qualification - Chartered Accountant

Role :

- Prepare monthly Financial Statement in accordance with GAAP, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and cash flow statement

- Lead and manage all due diligence on audits in conjunction with external auditors to ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner.

- Analyze and complete monthly narrative of GAAP financial statements including year-over-year, and sequential, complete with financial metrics.

- Conduct monthly review of results with Leadership Team and advisory

- Review draft audited financial statements and footnotes for completeness.

- Ensure that General Ledger is reconciled and maintained in accordance with GAAP

- Liaison with other functions within Finance to ensure that all data has been properly captured to close the books monthly in accordance with US GAAP.

- Work with the accounting team and FP&A team to understand expected trends in the business to facilitate monthly closing and analysis of results.

Qualification :

- 10+ years of experience in the Finance vertical catering to General Ledger, US GAAP, Month close activity,Audit, Accounting and Team Management vertical.

- Strong coaching and problem-solving skills

- Have an excellent command of English and possess very good communication and influencing skills.

- Work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

- Strong managerial and leadership skills

- Use of financial systems applications, in particular, Oracle to close books.

- Should have working experience in Telecommunication industry or similar entity
