Lead - Fund Raising

Job Responsibilities :

- Must be a fluent communicator with an engaging personality.

- Should have strong experience in fund raising or solution sales and have a proven track record of reaching out and interacting with decision makers in large organisations.

- Should also have exposure to interacting with global offices and working in a matrix environment.

- Will be based at Delhi office but will be expected to travel.

- Must be number driven and should have worked in a target driven environment.

- Ideal person will have 15+ years' experience with a strong track record of Fund raising in social sector or in complex solution sales or Sales in a consulting environment.

- Ideally should have led a team of 3-5 people in current or last job.
