Lead - Fund Raising & Communications - NGO

The Lead, Fundraising and Communications is a critical senior management role that will build and implement the Fundraising and Communications strategy for the organization to ensure that we are able to raise capital and talent to fuel our growth and impact.

- Identify and build the right strategy for Fundraising and Communications

- Strengthen and build the team for the vertical

- Responsible for creating the implementation plan for the strategy and oversee implementation

- Create a strong and clearly identifiable organization brand

- Identify partnerships that will strengthen the brand

- Conceptualize and oversee the implementation of the creative strategy both through inhouse talent and using external experts

- Raise the required annual budgets and ensure the financial resilience of the organization

- Manage and strengthen existing donor relationships and build new ones

- Create and implement a best in class donor engagement strategy

- Ensure deep donor relationships through engagements that go well beyond the financial

- Responsible for all donor reporting
