Lead - FTO Process Excellence & Digitization - FMCG/Automotive
- Interacts with the business to gather, understand and document business needs and requirements on projects- Documents project scope including conceptual design, business, and quality requirements- Map business processes and propose recommendations.
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications- Work with system architects and business partners to identify technical solutions and business process improvements that are in line with IT and business strategy
- Provide Solution to requirements balancing the value proposition and scope
- Vendor Selection: Evaluation of vendor with respect to the suitability of the application for business process, evaluation of Vendor Quality Systems and approval.Project Manager
- Manage project end-to-end from planning to closure using project management best practices and templates
- Responsible for overall project deliverables - scoping, project planning, requirements document, proposals and other requisite documents
- Manage vendor activities and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to supervise project delivery- Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks/issues
- Manage scope and follow change management process
- Provide regular updates to assigned Program Management team and clients on the status of multiple projects
- Ensure quality and accuracy of approach and track projects so that they are delivered on time and in budget.
