Executive Hiring is looking for a Sales Planning Lead for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

- Post Grad / MBA in Marketing from IIM's / XLRI/ SPJIMR/FMS/MDI ( preferably from the class of 2014/15/16) etc. with a minimum of 8 years' experience post-MBA and 2 years in E-Commerce in an FMCG.

- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the sales planning process for the E-commerce channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the business planning process and performance tracking

- Own and manage business planning process to create e-tailer X brand plans. Liaise with brand, account management, demand planning, supply chain and finance teams to create a consolidated channel plan.

- Conceptualize and act as custodian of key business levers.

- Act as custodian of business budgets and its execution on platforms to manage the channel P&L.

- Track key business levers impacting performance and execution of plans.

- Team Management

- Manage the business planning and development team.

- Development of business planning and data driven acumen in the team.

- Manage eData sources and drive cadence for deriving insights for decision making

- Report and analyse market trends, business performance and its levers and make recommendations.

- Harness e-tailer reported/crawled data for meaningful insights on business performance.

- Shape and disseminate analysis and synthesize to help decision makers to drive business activity.

- Drive Strategic Projects & Capability Building

- Represent e-commerce business in cross-functional projects & ensure business objectives of the project are delivered.

- Conceptualise and execute projects of strategic importance to the e-commerce business for digital capability development

Key Competencies:

- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, organize and analyze large data sets.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment

- Good communication and presentation skills
