Lead - Fixed Income Research - Bank - CFA

The person is responsible to analyse the Eastern Europe and Sub Sahara Africa region in the context of our global fixed income research and provide support in quantitative analysis to the team.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION :

- Provide regular updates on the region in internal meetings

- Contribute to the publications

- Support the team in developing a consistent fixed income investment strategy

- Able to work independently and in a global team setup to take on initiatives with a positive attitude

- Client-centric approach for all deliverables

- Able to quickly troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions

- Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

- Good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders

- Highly motivated with integrative personality

Professional and Technical :

- University degree in economics (preferential) or finance

- CFA (preferential) or CFA candidate

- Represent the Bank's and shareholders' interests at all times

- Language Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written)
