The position is with Mutual Fund Company
Role : Fintech Relationship
Designation : Depending on candidates seniority, fitment etc (Deputy Manager to AVP)
CTC : Open
- Scout for new Partners and opportunities with right product, tech and marketing Integration
- Strategy and Business Development for Fintech channels gain market share in existing channels
- Relationship Management
- Aid Partner Operations and Sales Fulfilment through support from internal teams
- Ensure Sales Delivery is in line with targets
- Ensure business is profitable or there is a clear path to profitability for each channel
- Develop monthly sales and marketing plans and ensure implementation for the same
JOB Role :
1. Partner platform communication
a. Strategy
i. Develop annual partnership strategy
ii. Obtain financial, legal and management approvals for the above
iii. Ensure joint plans with key partners and implementation of the same
iv. Key objective of Strategy is to gain market share profitably within the sector
b. Managing platforms like Groww, PaytmMoney, Fisdom etc.
i. Creating online and offline communication plans for intermediaries and end customers
ii. Ensuring regular branded content on platform post approval from client
iii. Aiding the team to create branded content
iv. Promoting content on the platforms
c. Customer operations
i. Ensure that there are no operational breaches in terms of TATs for unit allocation, redemption requests etc.
ii. Ensure legal and compliance requirements for partner onboarding or new business set up is closed within timelines
