Head, Financial Planning & Analysis: Design and delivery of the Strategy and annual operating plan / budget for the Business Unit, including but not limited to preparation and presentation of the management books, board presentations and updates through multiple stakeholder management. Along with this driving analytics for decision making and automation will be one of the key agenda.
CFO, Business Unit: Design and delivery of the business unit strategy and initiatives to achieve the aspirations of the business unit and fulfil its' role in the overall organizational purpose

I. Design the Strategy and annual business operating plan / financial budget for the organization to ensure long term creation of shareholder value
II. Prepare corporate reporting packages to evaluate delivery vs. plans and forecast organization performance to lay focus on gaps and provide guidance on necessary action items which will enable budget delivery
III. Drive simplification, standardization and automation in reporting through engagement with multiple stakeholders to release manpower efforts which could be directed to more value added work like analysis
IV. Perform various analysis for the management to ensure that relevant action plans, opportunity identification can be taken up to help drive up the business growth & margins
V. Benchmark performance vs. competitive group to ensure that business delivers results in the top quartile of the industry
VI. Provide proactive financial leadership for the Business Unit by developing analytical and financial insight for all important long and short-term decisions
VII. Initiate controls and measures that will help strengthen the financial health and controls of the business unit and strengthen the cash flows
VIII. Review and monitor special projects in line with estimated cost and timelines to increase effectiveness of project
IX. Provide leadership and guidance to build the capability of the finance team and prepare them for future roles, Managing, coaching and mentoring both the team members in FP&A team and outside to ensure that entire team continue to remain an attractive proposition for talent.
