Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing - CA

An excellent job opportunity to work with a fast growing MNC based out of Gurgaon.

- Looking for a strong CA with 8 to 12 years of work experience in financial planning, budgeting & forecasting along with cost control activities. The role entails responsibilities in terms of preparing & reporting of financials for internal & external reporting.

- The ideal candidate should have exposure in providing comprehensive analysis including any risks and opportunities for decision making.

Key Individual Accountabilities

- Preparing annual, quarterly and monthly review and rolling forecasts.

- Preparing reports and estimates business for Business Unit .

- Work on decision making exercises monthly reporting, quarterly reporting, RAF, Budget, QRM, benchmarking and various other financial planning tools.

- Reporting financials in ERP based reporting environment to global stakeholders ensuring accuracy, quality and timelines

- Work with global accounting team to ensure monthly and quarterly closing and accurate management reporting

- Work with controllers in driving various projects.

- Ensure requirements and execute financial policies and control.
