Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT

Type of Company - Global technology major

Compensation Band - 12-15 lac (Fixed) + Variable + RSU

Qualification / Exp - 5-8 yrs with CA/ ICWA / MBA (F)

KRA’s :

- The candidate shall be responsible for Management reporting of spends and recurring Finance planning and analysis activity for the Business and Corporate Functions visa virsus the respective Budgets.

- The candidate must be highly adept in leveraging Hyperion for the report outs and shall also help develop and institute systems for recurring financial analysis.

- The Candidate shall support the Business Unit Finance controllers and work directly with the spending owners and Stakeholders.

- The Candidate shall need to exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and key business partners.

- The Candidate must have the ability to take initiative, work with minimal daily direction, and prioritize time effectively to deliver accurate results.

1. Strong system experience in Hyperion

2. Advanced Excel and Power point skills

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Highly self- driven and motivated.
